Lamb Developments works on Flat Iron Lofts in Toronto

Construction is moving along for the Flat Iron Lofts at 1201 Dundas St. E. in Toronto.
Project manager 59 Project Management Inc. began the 10-storey, 87-unit building with ground floor retail and three levels of underground parking in June 2010. The owner is Lamb Developments Corp. and completion is scheduled for summer 2012. The project was designed by Core Architects Inc. and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include: Rafat General Contractor Inc. (excavation); Pro Caissons Ltd.; Salit Steel (rebar); Avenue Building Corp. (formwork); ML Ready-Mix Concrete; Gottardo Masonry; Lisi Mechanical Contractors Ltd.; Campoli Electric Ltd; Sky Window Technologies Inc. and Otis Canada Inc. (elevators).
