National Trade Contractors Coalition of Canada hosts webinar on stipulated price subcontract

The National Trade Contractors Coalition of Canada (NTCCC) is hosting an upcoming webinar dealing with the CCA-1-2008 stipulated price subcontract document, the most frequently used standard subcontract form in Canada.

The speaker is Toronto lawyer Geza Banfai, a partner in Heenan Blaikie, and the author of the coalition’s guide to the subcontract document.

The webinar will take place from 1:00 to 2.30 p.m. Eastern time on Feb. 13. Cost is $40.00 plus HST, payable to the Canadian Electrical Contractors Association.

The registration form is available in PDF format from the National Trade Contractors Coalition of Canada website. According to the registration form, you can attend the seminar in-person, for $75, at the Osgoode Hall Law School of York University, Room E, located on the 26th floor of the Toronto Eaton Centre offices at 1 Dundas Street West. .
