Toddglen continues work on The Palm Condos in Toronto

The Palm Condos in Toronto

Materials get prepared at The Palm Condos on Yonge Street in north Toronto.

General contractor Toddglen Group of Companies has completion of the 23-storey, 200-unit project scheduled for late 2012. The building will be equipped with fitness facilities, a multi-purpose room, business centre, board room, a party room and pool. The owner is Castle Group Ventures and the project was designed by HCA Architecture.

Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural) and Jain & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Fourwinds Construction Inc. (site work); Trifield Construction Co. Ltd. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd.; Delgant Construction Ltd. (formwork); Cesan Mechanical; Electroserve Contracting Inc. (electrical); C & A Tedesco Waterproofing and Fujitec Canada Inc. (elevators).
