TMG Builders works on King West condos in Toronto

Work is moving upwards at the King West condominium project in Toronto.

Construction manager TMG Builders along with Plazacorp Properties Ltd. began the three- tower project with four levels of underground parking in winter 2010. The project includes one 25-storey tower, two 23-storey towers with a total of 1,177 units and townhomes in a three-level podium. The project was designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd./Gabriel Bodor Architect Inc. Structural consultant is Jablonsky Ast & Partners and mechanical/electrical consultant is Concord Consultants Ltd.

Subtrades include: Anpro Environmental Group Inc. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.(shoring/caissons); Canada Wide Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd.; Premform Ltd.; Global Precast Inc.; CBM (concrete); Venice Masonry; Primo Mechanical Inc.; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; York Sheet Metal (HVAC); State Window Corp. and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
