Tucker Hi-Rise continues construction on 37-storey Gooderham Condos in Toronto

Work continues on the Gooderham Condominiums at the Distillery east of downtown Toronto.
Tucker Hi-Rise Construction Ltd. is construction manager of the 37-storey, 325-unit project and the owner is Cityscape Development Corp. The tower will also include two levels of underground parking, fitness facility, a multi-purpose room, swimming pool, rooftop terrace and two guest suites. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and subcontractors include: Anpro Environmental Group Inc. (excavating); and Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd. (foundation) & Italform Ltd. (formwork).
