Deltera continues work on Hullmark Centre in Toronto

Hullmark Centre mixed-use development in North York, Ontario

Formwork is progressing at the Hullmark Centre mixed-use development in North York, Ont.

Deltera Inc. is general contractor for the two-tower project that includes condominiums, office/retail space, a recreation centre, fitness centre, a theatre, private dining lounge and five levels of underground parking. Completion has been scheduled for late 2014 and the project was designed by Kirkor Architects.

Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Novatrend Engineering Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and R V Anderson Associates Ltd. (civil). Subcontractors include: Progreen Demolition; Coreydale Contracting Co. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Verdi Alliance (formwork); Metrix Ready-Mix Concrete; Toro Aluminum (glass/glazing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
