Project progress
Shane Baghai Development continues work on St. Gabriel Manor condos in Toronto

Work continues on the St. Gabriel Manor condominium project on Sheppard Avenue in Toronto. Owner/developer/construction manager of the eight-storey, 96-unit building is Shane Baghai Development Ltd.
The condo will include ground floor retail and a roof terrace on the second floor.
Completion on the project is scheduled for summer 2011 and the architect is Rafael + Bigauskas Architect Inc.
Consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); United Engineering (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Dolente Concrete & Drain Co.; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; D. Zentil Mechanical Ltd.; Cooltech Air Systems Ltd.; and C&A Tedesco Waterproofing.
