Urbacon continues work on office building in Pickering, Ontario

Construction is moving upwards on a new office/commercial building in Pickering, Ont. General contractor/architect Urbacon Ltd., along with project manager 20 Vic Management Inc., expect completion of the design/build project in early 2011.
Consultants are: GHA Design Studios (interior design); Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); Bering Mechanical Ltd. (mechanical); and Dial One Wolfedale Electric (electric).
Subtrades include: Ciro Excavating & Grading Ltd.; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Telco Steel Works (structural steel); C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. Ltd.; Select Drywall & Acoustics; Commercial Sheet Metal; Lisi Iron & Sheet Works Ltd. (misc. hardware); Kone Inc (elevators); and Flynn Canada Ltd. (roofing/glass/glazing).
