Toddglen Construction continues work on South Beach condo in Etobicoke, Ontario

Work is moving along at the South Beach condos and lofts project on Park Lawn Rd. in Etobicoke, Ont. Construction manager Toddglen Construction Ltd. has completion of the 27-storey, 300-unit project scheduled for summer 2011.
The tower will also have three levels of underground parking.
The owner is Amexon Development Corp. and Arsenault Architect is architect/prime consultant. The interior was designed by II by IV Design Associates Inc.
Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Anchor Shoring and Caissons Ltd.; Delgant (Civil) Ltd. (formwork); Speedy Electric Contractor Ltd.; and Schindler Elevators Corp.
