Terrazzo, Tile & Marble Guild of Ontario names new executive director
TORONTO
David St. Louis has been appointed executive director of the Terrazzo, Tile & Marble Guild of Ontario, Inc. (TTMGO), the Terrazzo, Tile & Marble Trade School and The Toronto & District Marble, Tile & Terrazzo Contractors’ Association.
The TTMGO Board of Directors recently announced the appointment which is effective August 16.
St. Louis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from York University and has been involved in labour relations for most of his professional life. Early in his career he was a negotiator, administrator and educator. Recently he was a senior mediator at the Ontario Ministry of Labour and has served as a coach for the Queen’s University Industrial Relations program.
“The Terrazzo, Tile & Marble Guild has the potential to be one of the preeminent organizations in the construction sector, but that will involve all of our stakeholders working towards achieving that goal,” said St. Louis in a statement.
